1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and betso88 ("betso88", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to, registration with, and use of the online gaming platform operated under the domain betso88.buzz and all associated services, products, features, and content made available therein.

betso88 provides an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other cities and states across the country. Our platform transacts natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and integrates with Malaysian payment infrastructure including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other locally authorised payment channels.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy (Responsible Gambling), and any individual promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the betso88 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance, rule, order, decree, or other legal instrument in force in the jurisdiction relevant to the User's activity on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held in a User's Account, as displayed in the account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion, and which are distinct from real-money deposits until wagering requirements are met.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and eligibility verification process required by betso88 before processing withdrawal requests or flagged account activities.
• "Platform" means the betso88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, features, and content accessible at betso88.buzz.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User into their Account via an approved payment method, net of any applicable processing amounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover amount (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or deposit+bonus amount) that must be achieved on qualifying games or bets before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for an Account or use any service on the betso88 Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. betso88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only register for and use an Account if doing so is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing betso88 is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence before registering. betso88 makes no representations that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the betso88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including but not limited to exploiting multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing bet limits, or evading account restrictions — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Prohibition on Third-Party Play

You must play on your own Account, for your own account, and with funds lawfully belonging to you. Using another person's Account, betting on behalf of a third party, or accepting bets from third parties through your Account is prohibited.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access betso88's services, you must complete the online registration process, providing accurate and truthful personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any time thereafter is current, accurate, and complete.

betso88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such rejection.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betso88 conducts KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of debit card, screenshot of e-wallet account, or bank account confirmation);
• Source of funds documentation where required by enhanced due diligence procedures.

KYC verification is typically required before the processing of any withdrawal request, and betso88 may require updated verification at any time. Until KYC is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending review.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 5.2 Currency

betso88 operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and winnings are denominated in MYR. Deposits made in alternative currencies may be subject to conversion.

5.3 Deposit Responsibilities

You warrant that all funds deposited into your betso88 Account are from legitimate sources, belong to you, and are not proceeds of criminal or unlawful activity. betso88 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in relation to deposit transactions.

6 Withdrawal Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

betso88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for KYC-verified accounts in good standing. Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or security holds;

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, cashback credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by betso88 are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only; in all other respects, these General Terms govern.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Wagering Requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, where stated, the deposit amount.

Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Typical contribution rates are outlined on the relevant promotion page. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards certain bonus types. Sports betting minimum odds requirements apply to any free bet or sports-specific bonuses.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date, after which unused Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. betso88 recommends reviewing expiry conditions before accepting any offer.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

betso88 reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: matched betting through the bonus system, use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, betting patterns that constitute low-risk bonus clearing, and any conduct that betso88 determines is designed to extract value from promotions without genuine participation in the Platform.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are governed by the standard betting rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. betso88 offers betting markets on football (including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), basketball (NBA), tennis, UFC/MMA, badminton, and other sporting events. In-play betting is available on selected events with odds updated in real time.

betso88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, to void settled bets where a manifest pricing error is identified, and to suspend any market at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the real-time dealing of physical cards or operation of physical wheel mechanisms in regulated studio environments. Advertised RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over statistically significant long-run sample sizes and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault that affects the integrity of any bet or game round, betso88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No payouts will be made in respect of any result generated under a technical fault, and betso88 shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betso88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating, maintaining, or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or with sports participants, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to conceal the origins of funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards betso88 support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any betso88 system, account, or data;
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud or disputed transaction manipulation.

betso88 reserves the right to take all available legal and regulatory remedies against any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, in addition to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, text, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials comprising the betso88 Platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to betso88. No Intellectual Property may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of betso88.

betso88 grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, resell, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any Platform content or functionality.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betso88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the betso88 Platform;
• Any betting or gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any Platform service;
• Technical errors, connectivity issues, or data loss not caused by betso88's gross negligence;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where betso88 has not been negligent in its security systems.

12 Responsible Gambling

betso88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment. All registered members have access to the following self-management tools, available via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net loss you may incur within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a voluntary self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months, up to permanent) during which you will be unable to access, deposit to, or wager on the betso88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
• Reality Check: Set periodic on-screen reminders of the duration and value of your current gaming session.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by betso88

betso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• betso88 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct;
• KYC documentation cannot be verified or is believed to be fraudulent;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against betso88;
• betso88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting betso88 Support. Before Account closure is processed, any pending wagering requirement conditions must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real Money Fund balances in good standing will be returned to you via a verified payment method following completion of any required account review.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. betso88 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. Users are encouraged to contact Support to reactivate or close dormant Accounts.

14 Amendments to These Terms

betso88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, betso88 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betso88 is duly licensed and registered to provide online gaming services.

In the event of a dispute between a User and betso88 arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through betso88's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting Support. Where an internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or an agreed independent arbitration process.
